Summary
Sixty patients with mild-to-moderate lumbar scoliosis were compared between chuna manipulation and exercise therapy over 16 weeks. The chuna manipulation group showed an average Cobb angle reduction of 7.2 degrees, with significant improvement in trunk balance.
