The effect of Korean herbal medicine obesity treatment on inflammatory markers (CRP, IL-6, TNF-α) was meta-analyzed across 13 RCTs. The herbal medicine group showed significant reductions in CRP (SMD: -0.89) and IL-6 (SMD: -0.74).
