Summary

A meta-analysis comparing the effects of herbal medicine + tadalafil combination and tadalafil alone in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) patients. Nine randomized controlled trials (total 612 subjects) were included, and the combined group showed an average 3.8 additional points reduction in IPSS and an average 2.1 mL/s additional increase in Qmax, confirming the additive effect of combined treatment.
