Summary
A case report on 6 children with chronic headache (tension-type) treated with combined cervical Chuna therapy and modified Cheonung-dajosan. Headache frequency, VAS, and headache diary were analyzed over 8 weeks.

Conclusion
After combined Chuna therapy and herbal medicine treatment, headache frequency decreased from an average of 12.3 to 3.7 times per month, and cervical range of motion also significantly improved, confirming the efficacy of cervical Chuna for pediatric headache.
