Summary

A case report performing herbal medicine (modified Bangpungtongseong-san), acupuncture, and pharmacopuncture for 6 months in 9 patients with recurrent tonsillitis (4 or more times annually). Tonsillitis recurrence decreased by an average of 73% during treatment period, with improvements in tonsillar hypertrophy grade.
