Summary
Seventy-four frozen shoulder patients were assigned to Chuna therapy or sham Chuna control groups and treated for 8 weeks. 3D motion capture analysis showed the Chuna therapy group had significantly improved scapular upward rotation toward normalization, with restored scapulohumeral rhythm.
