Summary
Eleven RCTs evaluating acupuncture treatment for chronic spontaneous urticaria were systematically analyzed. The acupuncture combination group showed an additional 37% reduction in UAS7 (urticaria activity score) compared to antihistamines alone, with 29% lower recurrence rates at 6-month follow-up.
