Summary
Eighty adult acne (25 years or older) patients were randomly assigned to herbal medicine plus acupuncture or oral antibiotic groups and compared over 8 weeks. Both groups showed similar effects, but adverse effects were significantly fewer in the Korean medicine treatment group.
