Anti-inflammatory effects of Hwangryeonhaedok-tang topical preparation were confirmed through HaCaT cell experiments and a pre-post comparison study in 30 patients with eczema. In cell experiments, IL-6 and IL-8 expression was suppressed, and EASI scores decreased clinically.
