Summary
Sixty-seven patients with hand eczema were divided into Jaungo alone and modified Jaungo with added transdermal absorption enhancers and followed for 8 weeks. Both groups showed significant decreases in HECSI scores, but the modified Jaungo group showed faster skin barrier recovery and higher symptom improvement rate.
