Causes vary widely — stress, overwork, lack of sleep, noise exposure, cervical spine problems and circulatory disorders among them. We identify the cause through careful pulse diagnosis and history-taking, then treat accordingly.

📝 Detailed Answer

Tinnitus is a symptom viewed in units of months. It does not finish quickly.

The measures by which we follow the course differ from those for painful conditions. Rather than the loudness, we check by how many hours of the day you are aware of the tinnitus, how long it takes to fall asleep, and whether there is anything you cannot do because of it.

A point comes when the sound is the same but it starts to bother you less. We regard this as a meaningful change too.

Tinnitus of recent onset is known to respond better than long-standing tinnitus, so approaching it early is favourable.
