Korean medicine is highly effective for pediatric rhinitis: ① allergic rhinitis: 60–70% symptom improvement, ② chronic rhinitis: significant reduction in nasal congestion/discharge, ③ recurrent sinusitis: prevents recurrence. Treatment combines ① herbal medicine (constitution-based prescription), ② acupuncture/Soaam, ③ pharmacopuncture (LI20 Yingxiang, EX-HN3 Yintang). Reduces dependence on antihistamines and nasal sprays without rebound effects.
