Summary
Thirteen clinical studies evaluating chuna manipulation effects for cervicogenic dizziness were systematically reviewed. The chuna manipulation group demonstrated an average 46% reduction in DHI scores, with significant improvement in cervical range of motion (ROM). Effects were maximized when chuna was combined with acupuncture.
