Current evidence level, clinical status, and future research directions of Korean medicine treatment for cervical pain were comprehensively reviewed. Acupuncture treatment and chuna therapy have high-quality evidence, but pharmacopuncture and herbal medicine were confirmed to require additional large-scale RCTs.
