After 12 weeks of administration, visceral fat area decreased by an average of 31.4 cm², and metabolic indicators including fasting blood glucose, HbA1c, triglycerides, and LDL-C also improved significantly. Liver function indicators (AST/ALT) remained within normal ranges.
