A multicenter case report on herbal medicine treatment in 15 patients with hydrocele. After 8-12 weeks of administration of modified Oryeong-san or modified Danggwijakyak-san at 3 Korean medicine hospitals, hydrocele volume on ultrasound decreased by an average of 47.2%, and complete resolution was confirmed in 4 patients. Recurrence rate at 12-month follow-up was 13.3%.
